PURPOSE:To prevent the water in a reservoir from flowing back toward a submerged blower at a stop time even in such a structure that an air emitting pipe for supplying the atmosphere to a water stream generator from the submerged blower is not erected above water. CONSTITUTION:A guide post 3 is vertically provided to a reservoir P in a depth direction and a support stand 5 for supporting a water stream generator 2A and a submerged blower 2B is provided to the guide post 3. In the water stream generator 2A, an air chamber 15 subjected to shaft seal at its front and rear parts is provided between the rotary shaft 11 connected to a motor output shaft 10 and the water stream generator main body and the air emitting pipe 22 of the submerged blower 2B is connected to the air chamber 15 along the water stream generator 2A so as to be always positioned in water and a check valve 25 is provided to the air emitting pipe 22 and stored water W is prevented from flowing back to the submerged blower 2B from the air emitting pipe 22 by the check valve 25.
