EMULSION FOR CELLULOSE MATERIALS SURFACE SIZING

摘要

This emulsion is used for sizing cellulose materials and improves their physical and mechanical parameters, fixed in a wide range of pH values from 5 to 8. It is set on the basis of paraffin, tallow fatty acids and colophon clay, which additionally contains in weight % : up to 23 low-molecular polyethylene, 17 atactic polypropylene, 30 carbon-hydrogen resin "Pyrrolen", 45 α-methyl styrene resin and 50 terpene resin. The quantity of the remaining ingredients in weight% is : paraffin (30 - 35), tallow fatty acids (20 - 50) and colophon clay (25 - 60).
