This composition is used for heat and sound insulation in building construction. It is self-spreading under normal conditions and has high heat and sound insulation properties. The composition contains (in weight p.) : Portland cement (15 to 45), perlite (10 to 40), sodium or calcium carbonate (0.5 to 4.0), foaming agent, consisting of 30% active substance and 70% of water (1.0 to 4.0), water (20 to 72) and, where necessary, sodium nitrite (0.5 to 2.0). The foaming agent is, in effect, an ethoxylated nonylphenol with 9-12 to 18-26 moles of ethylene oxide, polyethylene oxide with mol mass between 3,000 and 10,000, dodecylbenzene sulphonic acid or its sodium salt, and carboxymethylcellulose in equal quantities.
