<p>PURPOSE:To normally read data from ROM by making the output of pulse width, which is corrected and stabilized in a multi-vibrator circuit, a pre-charged signal. CONSTITUTION:In a dynamic ROM, a word line 5, a column select signal line 8 and a data line 6 are in connections with a plural number of memory cell 7. In a multi-vibrator circuit 3, when a data is read from the ROM, a pulse signal, on which a precharge signal from a precharge signal line 2 inputted synchronously with a clock is corrected, is outputted. A precharge circuit 4 is connected to a power line 1, and the pulse signal is put under a prescribed voltage and outputted to the data line 6.</p> |
