PURPOSE:To process the editing and the translation of the document data including the language data forming the sentences and the non-language data consisting of the form information with no consciousness of the form information. CONSTITUTION:A language date extracting part 4 extracts the language date out of the document data including the language and non-language data. An editing part 5 edits the language data extracted by the part 4. A corresponding area deciding part 6 compares the language date edited by the part 5 with the language data included in the document data to decide a corresponding area. Then a corresponding sentence replacement part 7 replaces the language data included in the document data containing the decided corresponding area with the language data edited by the part 5. |
