PRODUCTION OF SOLID DECORATIVE CHOCOLATE WITH PRINTED PATTERN

PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing a decorative chocolate which is a solid body having various patterns. CONSTITUTION:A chocolate material 3 in a fluid form is filled in a forming mold 1 having a recessed part 2 in a flat surface and the chocolate material 3 discharged from the recessed part 2 is scraped off with a scraper 4 and then slightly solidified. The forming mold 1 is then provided with printings 5 having various patterns. A forming mold 6 is subsequently placed on the printed surface of the forming mold 1 and a chocolate material 3' is then filled in the forming mold 6 and solidified. The solidified chocolate materials 3 and 3' are finally taken out of the forming molds 1 and 6 to afford the objective solid decorative chocolate product 7 with the printed patterns.
