PURPOSE:To manufacture a photovoltaic device having initial output characteristic which is not almost different from that of a conventional photovoltaic device without adverse influence to an amorphous semiconductor layer with less deterioration, without increasing electrode manufacturing steps, a manufacturing time and a cost. CONSTITUTION:When a light receiving surface electrode film 2, an amorphous semiconductor layer 3 and a rear surface electrode film 4 are laminated, the film 4 is formed of an aluminum sublimable and insulating material by an electron beam depositing method. |
