<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing stages for an IC lead frame. CONSTITUTION:Plural punches 17 are provided projectingly so that flat surfaces are arranged on a pedestal 16 nearly in a radial shape, and a reinforcing punch 23 connecting cutting edges 18 with each other between the cutting edges 18 of these punches 17 is mounted vertically on the pedestal 16. The punches 17 are integrated by a reinforcing punch 23, each punch 17 is improved drastically in strength and many holes can be punched by one stroke.</p> |
