PURPOSE:To improve the availability of a communication equipment by editing/ producing and outputting an operation manual for use of the communication equipment with free combinations of explanation data on the contents of the manual and at the same time offering the communication service in response to the type of a requested operation manual. CONSTITUTION:The explanation data on the required operation contents are stored in an instruction information storage means 21 in each processing step needed for offer of the communication service. When a request is received from a communication terminal, an editing control means 23 combines the explanation data on the operation contents of each processing step needed for the communication service corresponding to the request. Thus an operation manual is edited and produced and then sent to the communication terminal. At the same time, the communication service is offered in response to the type of the requested operation manual by means of the data inputted by an operation manual request. |
