VACUUM BRAZING METHOD FOR ALUMINUM HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE:To improve brazing by preventing the brazer run-out arising frequently in the members near the discharge outlet of an aluminum heat exchanger in particular at the time of producing this heat exchanger by vacuum brazing. CONSTITUTION:The aluminum heat exchanger having a hollow structure is constituted by using a material having the m. p. of the brazing filler metal lower than the m. p. of other members for the member (8) near the discharge port of the heat exchanger and is subjected to vacuum brazing in the method for vacuum brazing of the above-mentioned heat exchanger.
