PURPOSE:To set the optimum radio line by making a difference between a value of setting a receiving level for a radio line connecting a mobile radio apparatus and a fixed radio apparatus and a value of setting a receiving level for disconnecting the mobile radio apparatus and the fixed radio apparatus to discriminate the setting or the disconnection of the radio line between them. CONSTITUTION:Fixed radio apparatuses 3a-3n are connected to switch 1 that is connected to a communication network via wire line. Here, a mobile radio apparatus 4 sets radio lines between the mobile radio apparatus 4 and fixed radio apparatuses 3a-3n that sent a response signal thereto, and if there are a plurality of response signals, the sent relevant response signals are selected from radio apparatuses 3a-3n. Further, when a receiving level drops and trouble occurs with communication as the radio apparatus 4 moves, the radio apparatus 4 disconnects the radio lines. Further, radio apparatuses 3a-3n that received radio wave sent from the radio apparatus 4 detect whether or not a receiving level exceeds a threshold level. The radio apparatus 4 sets up a radio line with one of radio apparatuses 3a-3n that detected a call and sent a response signal earliest. Now, by making a difference between a receiving level setting value for setting a radio line and a setting value for disconnecting the radio line, the optimum radio line is set up regardless of the presence or absence of a control station. |
