A forging equipment manufactures material (wire) into terminal pins for plugs and reel shafts of electrical and electronical products, by two striking processes. The forging equipment is composed of two parts. One is a fixed die (B) equipped with a cutter (4) to cut the wire into a length and to move the cut piece to a hole (3). The other is a die holder (A) equipped with first and second striking dies (1)(2) to strike, in turns, the wire piece moved to the hole. The fixed die and the die holder face each other. An operating bar (19) attatched to the cutter operates a finished product removing device on the fixing die while the cutter moves.
