PURPOSE:To improve accuracy by preventing the thermal expansion of the air duct, reduction in the output of the laser to enhance the efficiency of the gas laser oscillator. CONSTITUTION:Between a downstream side of the radiator 2 and the heat exchanger 5, a duct 10 consisting of heat-insulator is formed to connect the both members. Moreover, this duct 10 is arranged with a specified intervals so that a specified space 11 is formed between the air duct 3. Moreover, on the air duct 3, a by-pass channel 12 that branches from the upstream side of the discharge section 2 and joins to the downstream side is provided as a means to feed a low temperature laser gas and is configured so that one part of the laser gas at low temperature before flowing in the discharge section 2 is flowing in the space 11 provided between the duct 10 and the air duct 3 via the air by-pass channel 12. |
