A tyre has flipper-reinforced bead core (21) and apex (22), which are surrounded by rigid chafer layer (24). A soft rubber layer (5) with hardness of 40-55 is inserted between bead core (21A) and chafer layer (24A) to improve ride performance by absorbing impact and retaining compression force on rim (4). The thickness (t2) of (5) is 0.200.6 times the distance (t1) between outer surface of bead core (21A) and contact point with rim (4). The width (W1) of (5) is an extended distance from internal, vertical downward position (6) of bead core (21A) to external, horizontal side position (C) of (21A). The width (W2) is an extended distance from internal, horizontal side position (a) of (21A) to horizontal side position (d) of rim line (27A).
