CONSTITUTION:A user inputs a document from a keyboard. and positions a cursor 21 at a position to which a prepared document is desired to move, and depresses an execution key after designating the range designation, and the presence/absence of the substitution processing and the content of the reference text from the keyboard. At this time, the presence/absence of the substitution designation of the word is checked, and when it is instructed, the substitution processing of the reference text is performed according to a substitution content displayed on a screen. Thence, a substituted reference text is moved to a designated position and an edited document is displayed on a display screen by such movement. In such a way, the complexity can be reduced. |
