The locking part (16) is fitted on the end of the closure shaft (13) facing the closure piston (6). An arresting recess (18) arranged in the cover surface (17) of the closure shaft (13) displaced through an angle of 180 deg. to the locking part is arranged between the latter and the end of the closure shaft facing the hand grip (14). The locking part (16) is formed as a lock pin which projects radially out of the cover surface (17) of the closure shaft (13), and works in conjunction with a closure piston guide surface (19). The axial width of the arresting recess (18) corresponds approximately to the dia. of the arresting component (9) formed as a cylindrical bar. USE/ADVANTAGE - As a closure for a door of an appts. used for processing material under heat and/or pressure such as units used in the prepn. of food by baking, steaming, and other methods.
