PURPOSE:To decrease treatment-deviation to increase the product value, by heating the grains forming strata from the underside by means of steam and further, heating them from the upperside by another heater. CONSTITUTION:A primary steaming device 4, a soaking device 5, a secondary steaming device 6 are arranged in order in the space defined by at least the upper wall 1 and side walls 2, 3. And a heater 7 is provided at the upper of the secondary steaming device 6 and in the space to heat the grain strata from the underside by steam and also heat them from the upperside by another heater. |
