PURPOSE:To obtain a laminating film having slight thermal deterioration during processing, excellent evenness on the surface of film, comprising an ethylene- vinyl acetate-vinyl propionate terpolymer having a specific melt flow rate value. CONSTITUTION:The objective film capable of being subjected to laminating processing at high temperature, having excellent releasability from cooling rolls and heat resistance, comprising an ethylenevinyl acetate-vinyl propionate terpolymer obtained by reacting (A) 50.0-99.55wt.% ethylene with (B) 0.05-50.0wt.% vinyl acetate and (C) 0.05-50.0wt.% vinyl propionate at 150-300 deg.C reaction temperature under 1,250-3,000kg/cm<2> reaction pressure in the presence of a polymerization initiator, having 0.1-1,000g/10 minutes melt flow rate. |
