PURPOSE:To solve the changeover of a time constant before a frequency is completely converged after the detection of frequency locking in a PLL frequency synthesizer of the cordless telephone set to obtain a cordless telephone set having a high frequency stability. CONSTITUTION:A WAIT circuit 12(13) is inserted between a time constant changeover circuit 8(10) and a lock detection circuit 9(11) respectively. Thus, the effect of time constant changeover is enhanced to quicken the lock time and the operation with high frequency stability, excellent S/N and less remaining FM is attained. |
