The invention consists of prefabricated panels which are lightweight so as to be easily installed, while at the same time being entirely satisfactory from the standpoint of their strength, their insulation capacity and their structural solidity. Such a panel (P), at least partially made of concrete, is penetrated right through, in the direction of its height, by one or more channels (6) intended to be filled with concrete after its installation, in order to form the same number of stiffeners.
