ANALYZING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MEASURING SPECIMEN IN FLUID SAMPLE

PURPOSE: To enhance the accuracy of an optical immune sensor in relation to the measuring error caused by non-specific coupling. CONSTITUTION: Sub-zones 14, 15 different in the coupling activity of the coupling partner fixed to a carrier are provided to a test zone 13. A reflecting optical measuring mechanism 20 spatially discriminates a front sub-zone to record the same. The measuring signals obtained in the sub-zones are compared by an evaluation unit 26 to measure a specimen in a body fluid.
