PURPOSE: To reduce the hydraulic fluid receiving capacity of an accumulator by connecting a high-pressure accumulator to a relief line via an accumulator valve. CONSTITUTION: A high-pressure accumulator 19 having an isolation valve 20 and brake pressure control inlet valves 6 of wheel brakes 2, 3 are provided on brake lines 4<1> , 4<2> connecting a master brake cylinder 1 and the wheel brakes 2, 3. Outlet valves 7 and a low-pressure accumulator 8 are provided on a branch circulating line 5 connecting the high-pressure accumulator 19 and the wheel brakes 2, 3. A check valve 16 is provided between a pump 14 feeding a hydraulic fluid from the low-pressure accumulator 8 to the high-pressure accumulator 19 and the high-pressure accumulator 19. The high-pressure accumulator 19 is connected to a relief line 34' via an accumulator valve 35, and the relief line 34' is connected to a master cylinder 1. |
