<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a magnetic tape in a tape cassette from running on the upper surface of a rotating drum even when it is loosened at the time of loading the cassette in a magnetic recording and reproducing device such as a VTR or a DAT. CONSTITUTION:A projecting part 20 is provided near the outside circumference of the upper surface of the rotating drum 6. Then, the tape is loaded by pushing out the magnetic tape 21 running on the upper surface of the drum 6 at the vertical moving time of the cassette loading of the tape cassette 15 in the outside circumference direction of the drum 6 by the projecting part 20 moved in accordance with the rotation of the drum 6.</p> |
