PURPOSE: To provide oil-fried food provided with many nutritious components and different tastes and provided with a further improved texture by mixing a pre-processed raw material whose main body is rice and seasonings, steaming and then molding the mixed raw material and then oil-frying the molded material for more than two times. CONSTITUTION: The pre-processing of the raw material for removing impurities, skin, nucleolus and deteriorated parts is performed. Then, after adding the fixed amount of the seasonings to the raw material so as to turn the weight ratio of the raw material and liquid to 1:1-1.5, the mixed raw material is steamed. Then, the appropriate amount of an extending agent is added, it is molded and the molded rice piece is oil-fried for at least two times at different temperatures. |
