PURPOSE:To provide fluoro-resin-coated articles such as, for example the inner pot of a rice cooking jar, which is capable of showing scales, patterns, letters and the like, without detriment to characteristics of a fluoro-resin-coated article. CONSTITUTION:Heat is locally applied to a fluoro-resin-coated article which is coated with a fluoro-resin composition containing a compound (a temperature indicating material) whose color is irreversibly changed by heating in a temperature region exceeding the sintering temperature of the fluoro-resin, or to a fluoro-resin-coated article which is coated with a fluoro-resin composition containing flake pigments coating a compound (a temperature indicating material) whose color is irreversibly changed by heating in a temperature region exceeding the sintering temperature of the fluoro-resin, at a temperature not lower than that at which the color of the temperature indicating material is changed, whereby the color of the temperature indicating material at its heated part is changed to indicate a difference between the colors at the heated and unheated parts. |
