<p>PURPOSE:To accurately measure a tension value without correction by providing a vertically and horizontally movable tape tension measuring terminal and minimizing variations in a tape path at the time of measuring. CONSTITUTION:The tension measuring terminal 38 is fitted to an end part of an angle 34, which is then fitted via a member 32 to a vertical holding means 41, and moreover, the vertical holding means 41 is fitted on a horizontal holding means 40. At the time of measuring tension, a recording and reproducing operation is performed by forming a tape path of the tape 5, and a measuring unit 38 is lowered to this tape 5, and then an opening and closing knob 38c is turned to close a guide roller 38b, so that the tape 5 is held between this roller and a measuring post 38a to become under measurable condition. Subsequently, the vertical holding means 41 and the horizontal holding means 40 are adjusted, and after the tape path is formed in the same pattern as before loading, a tension value is measured.</p> |
