<p>A method for registering a common use code comprises a step of recording a code data (12) of single or plural groups and a registration flag (11) indicating that the code data (12) is either to be stored in or deleted from a common use table (20) on an information recording card capable of using a reader/writer apparatus (2), a step of reading out the code data (12) and the registration flag (11) which are recorded on the information recording card by the reader/writer apparatus (2), and a step that the reader/writer apparatus (2) rewrites the code data (12) stored in the common use table (20) according to the registration flag (11) read out by the apparatus (2). Thereby, the groups of using the information recording cards in common can be registered easily, and even the method can cope with change of the constitution of the groups. Further, even when the reader/writer apparatus is not in connection with networks such as a POS system, the information recording cards can be used with no trouble.</p> |
