PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of adhesion of an enzyme film and a gas permeable film by covering a porous protection film allowed to transmit a substrate on the enzyme film. CONSTITUTION:After a small-sized biosensor cut from an Si substrate 1, to make it c hip-like is submerged in a fiber protein liquid, a porous protection film 7 is provide on the whole face of a chip by drying. As the result, because the whole face of the chip is covered by the protection film 7, they are not separated from each other and an enzyme film 6 is fixed completely. Thereby the adhesion of the enzyme film 6 and a gas permeable film 5 is improved and their reliability can be improved. |
