PURPOSE:To connect a metal electrode and a conductivity-type semiconductor which are so formed-as to face each other with a reflection-proof film formed on the light cast side of a solar battery put between, electrically through the reflection-proof film, not by the conventional method such as etching. CONSTITUTION:On a one conductivity-type semiconductor substrate 1, an other conductivity-type semiconductor 2, reflection-proof film 3 and metal electrode 5 are formed in order. By casting the laser beam on the metal electrode 5, the metal electrode melts and passes through the reflection-proof film 3, connecting the other conductivity-type semiconductor 2 and the metal electrode 5 electrically. |
