PURPOSE:To prepare thin conductive film more excellent in transparency by mixing conjugated fiber with the film as reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION:Wet paper is prepared from paper material obtained by mixing thermoplastic conjugated fiber 5-30vol% composed of the 1st component having a melting point not exceeding the melting point of thermoplastic synthetic pulp and the 2nd component having a melting point exceeding the melting point of the thermoplastic synthetic pulp and electrically processed organic fiber 0.5-30vol% to thermoplastic synthetic pulp 94.5-40vol%. Then, the 1st component is melted by heating and drying at a temperature exceeding the melting point of the 1st component and not exceeding the melting point of the thermoplastic synthetic pulp to manufacture base paper where paper material is stuck mutually. Then, the base paper is heated and pressurized at a temperature exceeding the melting point of thermoplastic synthetic pulp and not exceeding the melting point of the 2nd component to melt the thermoplastic synthetic pulp and to prepare transparent film where the 2nd component electrically processed organic fiber are dispersed. |
