PURPOSE:To obtain a screen printing device capable of detecting a misalignment between the opening of a screen and the coated pattern of a printed circuit board with high efficiency and at low cost. CONSTITUTION:A screen 92 is mounted on a screen supporting base and a camera 140 is moved in such a state that a printed circuit board 30 is allowed to come in contact with the lower surface of the screen 92. Each image of three openings 94 of those provided on the screen 92 and also of a wired pattern 32 of the printed circuit board 30 where solder is applied to the openings 94 is taken. The opening 94 is slightly smaller in size than the wired pattern 32, and a misalignment value between the images is calculated and a position for the screen 92 is corrected to cancel the misalignment, if there is a gap between the images. |
