ENERGY ABSORBING STRUCTURE FOR BODY SIDE

PURPOSE:To secure such a structure as absorbing any impact energy for a body side with an air bag. CONSTITUTION:Air bags 13A, 13B made unfoldable to the inside of a car at time of its side collision are installed in doors 2A, 2B constituting the body side. Unfolding timing for the air bag at the counter collision side is made so as to be more delayed as long as the specified time than that of the air bag at the collision side.
