PURPOSE:To increase adhesivity and integrity of resin-containing sheet and rubber sheet for laminate in a laminate useful for a packing for condenser, etc. CONSTITUTION:A resin-containing sheet to be laminated and a rubber sheet for laminate are maintained in a bondable state with a polymerzatio initiator, a monofunctional monomer containing one polymerizable unsaturated monomer or a polyfunctional compound containing a functional group except the polymerizable unsaturated group. The rubber sheet for laminate is obtained by a method of coating or kneading a rubber sheet containing at least an organic peroxide with the monofunctional monomer or a method of coating or blending the rubber sheet with a polymerizable composition containing the monofunctional monomer and a polymerization initiator. The rubber sheet for laminate and the resin-containing sheet to be laminated contain a thermosetting resin in an uncured state or a thermo plastic resin.
