Disclosed are an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method. The organic light emitting display device includes a doping silicon unit that a silicon layer on a substrate forms a part of an active layer and an intrinsic silicon unit which surrounds the doping silicon unit. The organic light emitting display device is provided to remove a mask patterning process of the active layer, thereby reducing costs and simplifying a manufacturing process.
