<p>PURPOSE:To enable decoding by means of the accurate interpretation of sound data by dividing sound information into plural blocks provided with a pointer instructing digital data and sound data and encoding them. CONSTITUTION:Reproduced sound blocks are supplied to a detector 11, the respective sound blocks are identified and constructed corresponding to a synchronization signal and the required information is taken out of an ID signal. A pointer decoder 12 takes out and interprets the pointer and obtains the instruction of the movable part of the respective sound blocks. The instruction is supplied to a writing controller 14 as a control signal, and a memory 13 writes the sound data included in the respective sound blocks. A reading clock generator 15 operates under the control of the reading clock signal, supplies clock and reset signals to the memory 13, reads out the sound data at an original sampling rate and performs D/A conversion. A sound decoder 4 performs the error detection and correction of the sound data.</p> |
