Process for the treatment of effluents from the washing of products and especially of industrial fabrics. It is characterised in that it consists: - first of all in filtering the said effluents by tangential microfiltration (7) by means of a porous membrane, these effluents being in a liquid form, the products of this microfiltration consisting respectively of a permeate and a concentrate; - and in continuing the microfiltration of the concentrate in a closed loop until a concentrate of determined volume concentration factor is obtained, corresponding to the combustible nature of the said concentrate. <IMAGE>
