A yard for the civil-construction field whose innovative characteristic is based on the special feature of the dwelling blocks A to C being totally constructed and finished on the ground and, once in position at the destination, using a transporter vehicle, they can be fitted together suitably, thus forming a conventional dwelling, thereby reducing the complexity and cutting down on the hazards which construction normally presents. Thus the yard has two rails 1 intended to sequentially allow pallets 2 to run, said pallets supporting the blocks under construction up to the assembly stage, guaranteeing, in this way, the integrity of the blocks. A simple design is thus presented so that it is possible to understand the basics of its function, a pallet 1, four rollers 2 and four hydraulic pistons (plungers) 3. <IMAGE>
