PURPOSE:To secure a sufficient surface creep distance simply by fitting an insulative ring in a ring-shaped notch in the body of a runner ring, wherein the ring encloses a notched surface ranging from the side periphery of the runner ring body toward the center in the width of the runner ring. CONSTITUTION:The counter-raceway circumferential surface and the two side faces of the body 11 of a runner ring are covered with an insulative film 12, and a metal cylinder 13 with small wall thickness is bonded to this counter- raceway circumferential surface through the film 12. This should prevent degradation and damage of the insulative film 12 and enhance the fitting performance with the mating member. A notch 11b is formed in ring form in the part where the raceway side circumferential surface of the runner ring body 11 intersects the two side faces, and the surface creep distance is enlarged by fitting an insulative ring 14 in this ring-shaped notch 11b. |
