PURPOSE:To make an accurate insert molding inspite of slippage out of place, distortion of a metal insert by providing a slide core so that it approaches from the inclined direction to the metal insert held on the mold body. CONSTITUTION:This equipment is composed of the movable mold 2 having a sleeve pin 4 and a core pin 5 and the fixed mold 1 having a push pin 6 and a slide core 3 that can approach to a metal insert 8 from the inclined direction. The movable mold 2 is moved downward, the metal insert 8 is fitted to the core pin 5 and held by the push pin 6, the slide core end 3a is approached to the upper surface of the metal insert 8 from inclined upper direction and both molds 1, 2 are clamped to inject material. Though the metal insert 8 is slipped out of place or distorted, the metal insert 8 can be moved precisely to the specified position and securely molded. The metal insert 8 is not injured by the core end part 3a. |
