PURPOSE:To obtain a relative large CR product even if thickness of a dielectric ceramic layer is thin by adding NiO, BaZrO3 to the basic component made of the specified composition of BaTiO3, NbO2.5, CoO. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric ceramic composition includes the basic component showed with a composition formula alphaTaTiO3+betaNbO2.5+gammaCoO at 100 parts by weight, and NiO at 0.01-0.15 part by weight, and BaZrO3 at 0.10-2.00 parts by weight. In the formula, alpha, beta, gamma means values satisfying 0.950<=alpha<=0.990, 0.006<=beta<=0.042, 0.002<=gamma<=0.020, and alpha+beta+gamma=1. A capacitor is thereby made compact. |
