PURPOSE:To easily grasp the process of correction or the intention of a corrector by providing a document correction part to produce a corrected document overwriting an inputted corrected description to an existent document. CONSTITUTION:When the correction description describing data required for correction is inputted through a data input part 5, the correction description is stored in a file for storing the correction description in a document preservation part 1. The correction description is overwritten to the existent document by a document correction part 3 and displayed on the screen of a display or printed by a printer as the corrected document. When an operator confirms the corrected contents and instructs the update of the document, a document update part 4 executes correction reflecting the inputted correction description onto the existent document to the corrected document, and the updated document is prepared. Thus, the corrector or the third person can easily confirm the corrected contents. |
