PURPOSE:To effectively prevent maximum torque from being produced by prohibiting gear shifting to running positions until engine revolutions are reduced to one less than a specified one when an operating lever is operated to the running positions in a state that vehicle speed is less than a set one, the shifting position is out of the running positions, and engine revolutions are less than a set one. CONSTITUTION:It is prohibited that the valve opening of a throttle valve 21 is equal to or more than a specified one for any over-load operation under each vehicle condition. For example, the throttle valve 21 is operated in accordance with characteristics which keep valve opening constant even when an accelerator pedal, is excessively footed in the range where the stroke of accelerator pedal footing is equal to or more than a set one, and the maximum opening of the throttle valve is restricted. This can thereby prevent an engine from racing, thereby preventing the occurrence of excessive loading where engine revolutions are excessively increased. |
