PURPOSE:To accomplish nontackifying the title surface in a simple operation at a low cost by forming a film consisting of a specific nontacky material on the surface of a specific liquid and by charging said liquid with a lumpy tack agent to attach the nontacky material to the surface of said tack agent. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a liquid 2 (e.g. water, warm water) insoluble for a tack agent and greater in specific gravity than the tack agent is formed a film 5 consisting of a nontacky material 4 (e.g. polyethylene wax, paraffin wax) lower in specific gravity than said liquid and insoluble in said liquid. Thence, the liquid is charged with a lumpy tack agent 1 to attach said nontacky material 4 to the surface of said tack agent 1, thus accomplishing the objective nontackifying. |
