PURPOSE:To suppress the rise in cholesterol in the blood, and to improve the oxidation stability of oil, by blending corn oil with rice bran oil in a composition ratio of 60:40-40:60. CONSTITUTION:Corn oil is blended with rice bran oil in a composition ratio (weight) of 60:40-40:60. Corn oil and rice bran oil to be used are not particularly limited, oils obtained from corn and rice are usable, these oils may contain other kinds of oils and additives which are required for keeping quality. The blend oil can suppress the rise in the concentration of cholesterol in the blood, transport cholesterol from the liver to peripheral texture, and prevent the rise of beta-lipoprotein having high relation to asteriosclerosis. |
