The device containing a cylindrical sampling shovel (18) with inlet opening (17) being controlled in the direction of shifting inside sealed through chamber (7) arranged in a transport duct and back by pneumatic cylinder (25), to sealed chamber (7) is fixed a hollow sleeve (13) of sampling mechanism (9) with in the interior shiftably located cylindrical cover (15) rotatably located on cyindrical sampling shovel (18), while in cylindrical jacket of hollow sleeve (13) there is rotatably located control ring (34) which is in mesh on the one hand with pinion (37) of controlling electric motor (39), on the other hand with cylindrical cover (15) provided in its jacket with inlet and outlet opening (16) and the sampling shovel (18) is provided with bottom (22) with central flange (23) which is rotatably located on piston rod (24) of pneumatic cylinder (25) and it is provided with radially directed guiding finger (31) for shiftable location in securing groove (33) formed longitudinally in internal surface of hollow sleeve (13). Bottom (26) of hollow sleeve (13) can be provided with a couple of stop pins (54, 55) for a contact with a guiding finger (31) of sampling shovel (18) which can be in its bottom (22) provided with limiting pin (53) reaching into curved groove (52) in bottom (27) of cylindrical cover (15). Sealed chamber (7) can be located in the transport duct with the possibility to rotate by means of gear ring (10) and driving electric motor (12). Fix part (3) of the transport duct can be surrounded by collecting collar (43) with chute bottom (46) inclined towards the outlet throat (48).
