PURPOSE:To obtain the cloth which is lightweight and soft and the superior adhesiveness with rubber, by using the polyamide multifilament which consists of 1.0-12 denier single yarns and has the different sectional shape having the single yarn deformation degree of 1.5-7.0 as warp. CONSTITUTION:A nylon 66 filament which is applied with extension and preheating is fluid-treated under the condition of heating steam pressure of about 7.0 kg/cm<2>, heating steam temperature of about 230 deg.C, and the overfeed rate of about 10%, by a fluid treating nozzle, and loop formation and confounding formation are applied. The obtained nylon 66 filament has the single yarn fineness of about 5.58 d, and the single yarn deformation degree of about 2.47, and each single yarn is confounded irregularly, and a small loop is formed. The above-described nylon 66 filament is used as warp, and the nylon 66 filament consisting of 420 denier single yarn quantity of 68 is used as weft, and a cloth for air bag is constituted. |
