PURPOSE:To reduce the shock for a driver's face by using the composite filaments consisting of at least two kinds of fiber components having a softening temperature difference. CONSTITUTION:The nylon 6 having a softening temperature of 180 deg.C in the outer layer and the nylon 6.6 having a softening temperature of 232 deg.C in the inner layer are supplied from the separated holes of a mouthpiece, and spinning and extension are carried out, and the mixed yarn which has the equal single yarn fineness of nylon 6 and nylon 6.6 and consists of the composite filament yarn of 420 denier 70 is obtained. After getting the plain weave having the warp density and weft density of 46 pieces/inch by using the mixed yarn as warp and weft, refining and drying are carried out in the ordinary method, and softening and press-attaching treatment are carried out by using a heat calender consisting of a pair of metal rolls with a line pressure of 10kg/cm and varying the temperature of the heating roll. |
