PURPOSE:To obtain information for calculating a precise using cost by storing the using quantity of consumables of every discrimination information for discriminating a category and outputting the stored using quantity. CONSTITUTION:A means 13 which detects the using quantity of the consumables, a means 100 which inputs the discrimination information, a storage means E<2>PROM101 which stores the using quantity of the respective consumables of every inputted discrimination information and an output means 100 which outputs the stored using quantity of the respective consumables of every discrimination information are provided. When an image is formed by a user, the using quantity of the respective consumables such as a paper, developing agent or a photosensitive body is detected and stored by every discrimination information when the discrimination information for discriminating the category of the user is inputted and the forming action of the image is started. Thus, the using cost concerned with the image formation of every discrimination information is calculated based on the stored using quantity of the respective consumables. |
