PURPOSE:To enable the most suitable amount of binder to be left by a method wherein a degreasing furnace is comprised of a control device for controlling an amount of discharged gas and a temperature for controlling a valve in an atmospheric gas feeding pipe and a discharging pump by inputting information of a heating control device and an atmospheric gas control device. CONSTITUTION:A degreasing furnace 2 is comprised of a heater 4 for heating a molded member 6 to be degreased fed into the furnace and a heating control device 17 having a thermometer 8. The control device is comprised of a gas feeding valve 7 for controlling inter-furnace atmosphere and a discharging pump 11. The heater 4 is controlled by the thermometer 8. Gas feeding valve 7 and the discharging pump 11 are controlled and in turn C, O, H in the discharged gas are measured by a discharged gas analyzer 13, an amount of discharged gas is measured by a discharged gas flow meter 14. These measured values are inputted to a binder amount calculation meter 15, its output is inputted to a discharged gas amount and temperature control device 18. Since a decomposed and evaporating binder amount is calculated by the discharged gas flow meter, an amount of binder decomposition and evaporation can be monitored, a uniform decomposition amount can always be maintained, a total amount of remained binder can be adjusted accurately and quality of degreasing material is improved. |
