: The present invention relates to compounds of the formula: wherein R is a C1-C5 alkyl group, a C3-C4 alkenyl group, a C3-C4 alkynyl group, a C1-C2 alkoxy(C1-C2)alkyl group, a C1-C2 alkylthio(C1-C2)alkyl group or a mono- or polyfluoro (C1-C3)alkyl group, X is a C1-C4 alkylene group which may be substituted with at least one methyl or a -OCH2- group and n is an integer of 0, 1 or 2. The compounds are useful as herbicides.
